for regular members

The duties and responsibilities of regular members of the Tunza Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) focused on empowering and engaging young people in environmental action, particularly through tree planting initiatives:

  • 1.Participate in decision-making processes: Regular members are expected to contribute to discussions, provide input, and vote on important decisions that affect the direction and operations of the organization.
  • 2.Volunteer for events and activities: Members are encouraged to participate in events, campaigns, and projects organized by the Tunza Foundation, such as tree planting initiatives, environmental awareness programs, and fundraising activities
  • 3.Support fundraising efforts: Members may be involved in identifying potential donors, participating in fundraising events, or contributing financially to support the organization's activities.
  • 4.Assist in advocacy and awareness-raising: Members can help spread the word about the importance of environmental conservation, particularly tree planting, and promote the Tunza Foundation's mission and activities through social media, personal networks, and community engagement.
  • 5.Collaborate with other stakeholders: Members may be involved in building relationships with other NGOs, government agencies, schools, and community groups to further the organization's goals and objectives.
  • 6.Participate in capacity building and training: Members can benefit from training and capacity-building opportunities provided by the organization, which can enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as environmental conservation, project management, and leadership.
  • 7.Contribute to policy development and review: Members may be involved in reviewing and providing input on the organization's policies, ensuring they align with the mission and goals of the Tunza Foundation.
  • 8.Support the implementation of projects: Members can assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including tree planting initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation and impact.
  • 9.Provide feedback and evaluation: Members are encouraged to provide feedback on the organization's activities, suggesting areas for improvement and contributing to the evaluation of projects and programs.
  • 10.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the organization's code of conduct: Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of the organization's internal matters and adhere to its code of conduct, ensuring a positive and respectful environment within the organization
